Three family members who were part of the group of Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson Inc. employees who purchased the motorcycle dealership in Loveland four years ago, have now bought the property where the business is located.

Acting as CoMo Roads LLC, they closed Oct. 30 on the $12 million purchase of the 54,986-square-foot building at 4250 Byrd Drive from Erdmann Land Management Inc. Included is the 9.79-acre parcel of land on which the building sits.

The “CoMo” refers to Columbia, Missouri, where Steve and Laura Tuschschmidt formerly owned a Harley dealership and where their daughter Katie Tillitt attended the University of Missouri.
