Man who shot woman to death in west Birmingham called 911 to report burglary, police say

A woman was shot to death midday Thursday in the back doorway of a west Birmingham home.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the shooting victim as Bria Danielle McNeal-Williams. She was 20 and lived in Center Point.
