A 17-year-old girl who was stabbed to death inside a property in Wales yesterday (November 13) has been named locally as Lainie Williams.

Her friends are turning social media pink in her memory, with multiple tributes describing her as a 'beautiful' and 'lovely' girl.

It comes after Lainie was stabbed to death inside a property in Cefn Fforest yesterday, November 13. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the stabbing inside a house on Wheatley Place, Wales Online reports .

Her mother, Rhian Stephens, 38, was also attacked and remains in hospital with serious injuries.
