Jammu, Nov 14: In a significant step toward strengthening administrative efficiency and transparency in government functioning, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo today formally launched the Single Window System for Recruitment Rules (RRs).

The launch, attended by senior Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments, marks a major governance reform aimed at streamlining the formulation, amendment, and timely approval of Recruitment Rules across all departments in J&K.
