“ Labyrinth ” is headed back to the big screen. David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly’s enduring fantasy musical, featuring an army of puppets by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, will return to theaters with a 40th anniversary re-release from Fathom Entertainment .

The “Labyrinth” 4K remaster will play theaters in North America from Jan. 8 to Jan. 11. The reissue includes a special featurette with footage from the “Labyrinth Experience & Masked Ball,” a cosplay event in the U.K. that was held in October.
