PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Pine Bluff Police have arrested two women in connection with a shooting that took place at an apartment complex at 818 W. 28th Ave on Wednesday.

According to reports, officers found that one of the residences had been struck by gunfire four times, damaging the front living room window, a door, a wall, and an air conditioning unit. No firearm or shell casings were located at or near the scene at the time.

The uninjured resident said he was using the restroom inside his apartment at the time of the shooting.

Nikki Strickland and Christina Shorter were charged with committing terroristic acts and engaging in violent group activity.
