Gloucester Township Police have filed charges against a Sicklerville man in connection with an October motor vehicle fatality.

Marcus A. Young, 23, faces charges of 2nd Degree Death by Auto and 3rd Degree Assault by Auto, according to a Nov. 12 release from the police department.

Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at approximately 10:13 p.m. on October 11. The crash involved an SUV and a sedan, officials said.

According to a preliminary investigation, the sedan collided with the SUV at the intersection of Berlin Cross Keys Road and Johnson Road, trapping the sedan's driver, SUV's driver and SUV's passenger in their vehicles and requiring extrication.
