'Support local' is the message from Kenilworth shops in the run up to Christmas.
Town centre businesses are getting ready for the return of Thursday late night shopping as they look to encourage residents to buy their gifts from local vendors.
Starting on Thursday 20 November, many town centre shops will be staying open late until 7pm, giving residents and visitors the chance to browse, shop and enjoy the festive atmosphere after work.
The extended hours are part of the Shop Kenilworth initiative, a local campaign encouraging residents to support independent traders and keep spending local.
Carl Edmonds, owner of Edmonds Jewellers, said: "Late night shopping will bring such a nice buzz to the town.
"People can take their time, enjoy the lights and maybe stop for a drink or bite to eat
