Princess Charlene of Monaco has had a rather sombre sartorial streak of late, but the royal returned to her fashionable best for an evening out in Monte-Carlo on Thursday. Stepping out for the ‘Joya’ jewellery fair, Charlene proved that black and white doesn't need to be boring, putting her best foot forward in a monochrome ensemble.
The outfit, from French label Edward Achour, comprised a black, swing blouse with bold, contrasting white collar, cuffs, buttons and stitching. It paired perfectly with the trousers: an extra-wide leg cut with the same contrast piping. Princess Charlene finished the look with simple accessories: a pair of classic black pumps and pearl drop earrings.
