New Delhi: The NDA registered a historic win in the Bihar Assembly election on Monday. Reacting to the results, Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted the Mahagathbandhan, declaring that the "Katta Sarkar will never return to Bihar" and that the people have voted for a "Viksit Bharat".

Addressing victory celebrations at the BJP headquarters in Delhi, PM Modi said that the Congress appeared "more hurt" by his "Jungle Raj" remark than the RJD.

"When I spoke about Jungle Raj and Katta Sarkar during the Bihar elections, the RJD raised no objections. But it upset the Congress. I want to reiterate today that Katta Sarkar will never return to Bihar. The people have voted for Viksit Bihar," the Prime Minister said.
