Getting stuck in Baltimore traffic is nothing new, and neither are the city’s traffic lights.

A WBAL-TV 11 News Investigates request for information revealed that the age and functionality of the city’s traffic signals are not only outdated, but also failing.

Bumper-to-bumper traffic is nothing new on Baltimore’s historic streets.

As it happens, there is much more to city traffic than what drivers see from behind the wheel.

“There should be a better system in place,” said Jeff.

“It’s outdated. It seems like they don’t really take it serious,” said Anthony Hopkins.
