YOUNGSTOWN - Youngstown police have arrested and charged a suspect after a male victim was shot in the city Thursday night.
According to a police report, police were called to a home on Cambridge Avenue after a male victim was checked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the left hip and foot.
Police say when they entered the house, officers saw blood splatter on the living room floor, the front door handle and the door handle to the upstairs bedroom, which was locked.
Police also found several firearms in the home, including one that appeared to be jammed and left on the bed with a live round next to it, according to the report.
