LOGAN, OH — The former owner of a Hocking Hills rental cabin has been sentenced to six to nine years in prison after pleading no contest to felony charges stemming from hidden cameras in his property’s bathroom.

Jason Yard , 38, of Akron, had purchased and installed a camera in the bathroom of the Sly Fox Lodge Cabin at 8845 State Route 664 North, capturing videos of dozens of guests, including 13 children . Yard had owned the property since 2019.

Yard had initially faced multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including four felony counts of illegal use of nudity-oriented material involving a minor and two misdemeanor voyeurism charges.
