BEAUFORT COUNTY, Sc. (WTOC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in the mass shooting at Willie’s Bar & Grill on St. Helena Island.

Anferny Devon Freeman has been charged with four counts of murder.
