Mum’s the word : Cleveland State University and Ideastream Public Media entered into a nondisclosure agreement to begin talks over the student radio station six months before WCSB was transferred. The NDA, obtained by Laura Hancock through a public records request, requires the parties to stay quiet for three years about “confidential information” which the agreement defines as operations, finances and other details about WCSB. Both the college and Ideastream remain under fire for the transfer, in which students, for now, have no opportunities to work at WCSB.
