FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The Jets lost, 27-14, to the Patriots on Thursday night. Here are some thoughts and observations from the game:
1 . The best word to describe this game for the Jets is: Blah. Nothing was surprising about this game. Everyone knew the Jets were going to get beat and they got beat. Everyone knew the Patriots have better talent, better coaching and are light years ahead at quarterback . That was all on display. Maybe it was a bit surprising that the Jets kept it as close as they did until the fourth quarter. But did you ever really think the Jets were going to win this game?
