The Conjuring: Last Rites is finally going to be available to stream as the record-breaking movie marks the ninth and final installment in the franchise.

The latest installment in The Conjuring franchise will be arriving on HBO Max on November 21 . Director Michael Chaves, responsible for The Conjuring films and spin-offs, based the latest addition to the franchise on a true story involving the Smurl haunting case.

The case included claims made by Jack and Janet Smurl, who reported a demonic haunting within their Pennsylvania home between 1974 and 1989.
