NEW DELHI, NOV 14 : The National Medical Commission (NMC) has cancelled the medical registrations of four doctors from Jammu and Kashmir for their alleged involvement in a terror-related case connected to last week’s deadly car blast in Delhi, which killed 13 people and injured many others.
A government order, a copy of which is with Kashmir Convener, directs the removal of the doctors’ names from the Indian Medical Register (IMR) and the National Medical Register (NMR).
The doctors have been identified as Dr. Muzaffar Ahmad, Dr. Adeel Ahmad Rather, Dr. Muzamil Shakeel, and Dr. Shaheen Saeed.
The NMC’s order, dated November 14, 2025, was issued based on information and evidence provided by the Jammu and Kashmir Police and their respective State Medical Councils.
