MONTGOMERY, Ala. ( WSFA ) - The majority of school districts in WSFA’s viewing area have either improved their overall report card scores or maintained their previous standing, with several districts marking significant gains in academic performance.
Montgomery Public Schools (MPS) achieved a score of 75, a one-point increase from the previous year and its highest score since the state began issuing report cards. The district saw strong performance in academic growth and graduation rates, though academic achievement and English language proficiency were noted as areas for improvement.
