Despite being one of the most watched shows on Peacock, the streaming service has canceled the comedy-drama “Poker Face” after two seasons. Fans of the show might not lose the series completely as creator and writer Rian Johnson plans to shop the series to other platforms.
And in true Johnson fashion, there’s a twist, according to Deadline.
Should the series return, Johnson plans to recast the main character Charlie Cale. Currently portrayed by Natasha Lyonne, Cale would be played by “Game of Thrones” star Peter Dinklage in future seasons. Lyonne would remain with the show as an executive producer.
