Welcome to the 9th edition of International Delaware TM . This year’s edition is unlike any other we have ever produced. So, let me start with a quiz. 

What do you call a graphics artist, an astrophysicist and university rector, a biologist, and an electronic engineer? Queen, of course. What do Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, physicist Albert Einstein and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice have in common? All are classically trained musicians. In fact, Secretary Rice has played piano with the Philadelphia Orchestra and Albert Einstein played with renowned violinist Fritz Kreisler and with the Juilliard String Quartet. He mused that if he had not become a physicist, he would have been a musician. Einstein credits music with helping him both to relax and to think creatively. An
