ANN ARBOR, MI - A man accused of taking a laptop and several other items from an Ann Arbor home has been sentenced to time served and three years of probation.
Javare Negele Holmes, 30, was sentenced to the 429 days, roughly 14 months, he had already served in jail on Nov. 6 before Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Carol Kuhnke. He will also serve three years of probation.
