ROBERTSON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A Robertson County judge has deemed Torilena Fields competent to stand trial after reviewing evaluations from mental health professionals.
Fields is accused of brutally killing her mother and appeared in court Thursday for a competency hearing.
