HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Temporary traffic pattern changes are in effect for the future site of Marshall University’s Institute for Cyber Security, the City of Huntington said.

According to the city, here’s what drivers should expect:

4th Avenue and Hal Greer Boulevard: Traffic will shift but remain open in both directions.

3 ½ Alley: Closed for the duration of construction.

Bike lanes: Closed along 4th Avenue between 15th and 16th Streets, and along Hal Greer Boulevard between 4th and 3rd Avenues.

Sidewalks: Closed on the sides immediately adjacent to the construction site.

Lane shifts: Required to accommodate heavy equipment and a crane positioned within the roadway.

Hal Greer Boulevard: Concrete islands, curbs, and pavement markings are being temporarily removed and will
