Garden State Distillery will close its Toms River facility next month in a move to a new, larger location in Brick Township.

The current Toms River location will close at the end of December, according to owner Rick Norman.

The move to the new location at 580 Brick Blvd. at a busy intersection in Brick will happen in early 2026.

“We will be bigger, with more products to offer and more events to attend. We can’t wait for this next chapter,” Norman said in a statement.

In 2020, Norman and his wife Sissy Starr-Norman, both Brick residents, launched the distillery, which takes pride in the use of local ingredients.

The new Brick location will serve as a community gathering spot featuring cocktails.

The distillery website says their products include vodka, rum, whiskey and bourbon.
