St. Albert is celebrating Toys for Tickets for its 16th year.
Those who receive a parking ticket with a Toys for Tickets notification between November 15 and 30 can instead donate new, unwrapped toys as an alternative form of payment for the parking violation.
Toys donated as part of the Toys for Tickets event will be donated to the Fill-A-Bus campaign led by St. Albert Transit and Keolis.
Last year, the campaign accepted 115 toys at a value of over $4,000. Many St. Albert residents helped the campaign by dropping off toys, despite not receiving a parking violation.
