COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa —
A 52-year-old man was nearly four times the legal limit for alcohol when he allegedly hit and killed a teenager riding his motorcycle, Council Bluffs police said.
Toxicology reports showed Jason Lee Evans also had marijuana in his system when he allegedly hit and killed 17-year-old Hayden Baker in October.
Evans left the scene and was later located by officers , Council Bluffs police said.
Warrants are being requested for several charges, including homicide by vehicle while OWI and leaving the scene of a fatal crash.
