• As we near the end of the year, more than 100 shows have been canceled or are ending. • "Stranger Things," "You," and "And Just Like That" have ended or are set to end this year. • MTV recently canceled two long-running reality series: "Catfish" and "Ridiculousness."
TV continues to be a bloodbath, with at least 100 shows learning about or formally meeting their ends in 2025.
One big shocker was the cancellation of "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert," which CBS called a "purely financial decision," though others aren't so sure. Colbert will remain on the air until 2026.
But that's not the only show that will soon take its final bow. Longtime favorites like "You," "The Neighborhood," "Stranger Things," "Ridiculousness," and "The Handmaid's Tale" are all wrapping up this year.
