SAC CITY, Iowa (KTIV) - Painting manhole covers is drawing attention across Siouxland.

It started earlier this month, when 46-year-old Brandon Bradshaw was charged with criminal mischief for painting flowers on manhole covers in the Morningside neighborhood.

The town of Sac City is inspired by Bradshaw’s actions and is bringing that art inspiration to its streets.
