CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A second group of leaders are expected to speak Friday regarding the impending arrival of Border Patrol agents in the Charlotte area.
Border Patrol personnel is reportedly expected to arrive as early as Saturday, Nov. 15 or early next week.
When agents do get to Charlotte, sources told CBS News that they may only stay for one week. The Border Patrol operation in Charlotte is reportedly being called “Charlotte Web,” per CBS.
Among to group of leaders expected to talk Friday afternoon is Congressman Tim Moore, who represents the district just west of Charlotte in the U.S. House of Representatives.
