A Miami man accused of killing his ex-wife and her boyfriend last year in Frederick County has been indicted on federal charges, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for Maryland.

David Turner, 35, was indicted by a federal grand jury on a charge of interstate travel to commit domestic violence resulting in death and a charge of use of a firearm during a crime of violence resulting in death, according to a U.S. Attorney's Office press release on Thursday.
