Alex Davies, 25, who suffered from severe borderline personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder from sexual abuse, was found dead in a segregation cell at a UK jail. The 25-year-old, had been in Styal Prison, near Manchester , but an inquiry heard how Alex should have been placed in a mental health hospital instead of the site where she would later die.
