A Lancaster County brewery announced it is closing later this month, citing the death of one of its co-founders.
Hell in a Bucket Brewing Company at 392 E. Front St. in Marietta will serve its final pints on Nov. 30, according to a Facebook post.
“After the death of our founder and partner earlier this year, we have made the very difficult decision to close Hell in a Bucket Brewing Company,” the brewery said. “Owning and running a brewery and restaurant has been the ride of a lifetime. Thanks for being a part of it with us.”
Co-founder Matthew Zornig died at age 52 in April .
The brewery’s bar will remain open on a limited basis on Saturdays and Sundays until the remaining beer is sold out.
