A national industrial contractor has room to grow — 220,000 square feet, to be exact — at its new facility in Perrysburg Township, formerly home to Calphalon.
NOOTER, previously based in North Toledo, celebrated its $1.8 million investment with an open house Friday. The company provides construction, engineering, and maintenance services to industries ranging from petroleum refining to power generation to manufacturing.
General Manager Don Majchrowski said the move is overdue but its new facility checks all the boxes and has been worth the wait.
“We had a lot of inefficient arrangements at the previous building because we outgrew it probably five years ago,” he said. “It has just taken a long time to find the right location, the right building, and this is it.”
