EUGENE, Ore. - A unique workshop aimed at empowering young drivers is set to take place in Eugene.
According to the City of Eugene Wastewater Regulatory Services, the "Under the Hood: Oil Change & Spill Prevention Workshop" will be held on Saturday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lane County Fleet Services.
This free event is designed for young adults aged 17 to 22 and will teach participants how to safely change their car's oil and prevent pollution in local waterways. Under the guidance of local mechanics, attendees will gain practical skills and confidence.
