Gabby DiVita made school history, becoming the first player at Grosse Pointe South to win the 2025 Michigan Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association's (MIVCA) Miss Volleyball award.

The Blue Devils' senior outside hitter was presented the trophy during an assembly at the school Friday, Nov. 14. She was one of 10 finalists for the annual award. Each candidate was nominated for their athletic achievements as individuals, their team's success and their academic performance.
