Budgam: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President, Mehbooba Mufti on Friday expressed gratitude to the voters in Budgam, terming the triumph of the party candidate, Aga Muntazir Mehdi a strong endorsement of the party’s vision for Jammu and Kashmir.
