Ethan Pritchard, the Florida State University football player who survived being shot in the head, was released from a rehabilitation facility in Jacksonville on Thursday.
The shooting happened in August when Pritchard was taking his family home after Florida State's victory over Alabama. He was rushed to a hospital that night in critical condition but stable.
