HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Attorneys are releasing text messages that they claim are from a longtime leader in Horry County public safety and they say show he sexually harassed a police officer.
Former Horry County Police Department Investigator Kelsey Manemeit and the county’s ex-director of public information, Mikayla Moskov, filed a lawsuit Thursday over their Nov. 6 resignations.
A major part of the lawsuit is the accusation that former Horry County Deputy Administrator Randy Webster sexually harassed Manemeit and that the resignations were used to cover up the sexual harassment allegations.
