PENDLETON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Firefighters are responding to Smokin Pig in Pendleton on Friday.

Witnesses reported a large scene at the business off Highway 76.

Dispatchers said the emergency was reported shortly before 3:45 p.m.

According to Medshore, two people have suffered burns and a medical helicopter is on scene.
