Rochester to spend $200K securing former Kodak Hawkeye Plant after crime spike

Crime has plagued the old Kodak Hawkeye Plant at 1447 St. Paul St. in recent years, according to the city, and now action is being taken.

There were at least seven arrests at the property for burglary or trespassing in September alone, the City of Rochester said in a press release.

The plant is a key piece of Rochester history, and has a mysterious past of note.
