COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - One person was hurt after a shooting near Columbia’s Planned Parenthood clinic on Friday.

The Columbia Police Department told WIS that officers responded to the 2700 block of Middleburg Drive at around 10:45 a.m. The block of Middleburg Drive is notably home to offices for healthcare and nonprofit organizations, including Planned Parenthood.

WIS later obtained footage from a bystander showing the moments leading up to the shooting. In the video, a man in a black shirt and another in a reflective vest are seen in a confrontation outside. The man in the reflective vest then pepper-sprays the other man before a chase ensues.
