CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Former UVA President Jim Ryan released his account of his resignation over the summer, and the role federal pressure played in his decision.
It comes after Gov. Glenn Youngkin wrote a letter slamming Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger's request that the UVA Board of Visitors wait to appoint a new president until she is sworn in, and can have input in the decision.
