HARTFORD, Conn. — A former Connecticut tax preparer who now lives in Florida returned to Hartford last month, where she admitted in federal court to helping prepare false tax returns for her clients.
A report on Friday from the interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut announced that 44-year-old Diana Miller-Lloyd, of Jacksonville, Fla., waived her right to be indicted before pleading guilty on Oct. 1.
Miller-Lloyd, who also goes by “Diana Rabin” and “Diana Lloyd,” used to live in Middlefield and ran the Lloyd Forenzique & Accounting Services Corporation, a tax return preparation company in Connecticut.
She launched the business in 2017 and later moved it to Branford in 2019 before relocating it to Guilford in 2021.
