YouTube star WhistlinDiesel was arrested this week in Tennessee for felony tax evasion related to a car he purchased nearly three years ago.

The 27-year-old internet personality, real name Cody Detwiler, was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon, law enforcement sources told TMZ. He was booked into the Williamson County Jail on two felony counts of tax evasion in connection to a 2020 Ferrari F8 Tributo he purchased in early 2023.

Per an indictment obtained Friday by Nashville ABC affiliate WKRN, Detwiler is accused of “unlawfully and willingly” attempting to evade state sales tax he owed on the Ferrari, which could have amounted to tens of thousands of dollars .
