CEDAR FALLS — Savion Miller was in middle school the last time Iowa City Regina won a state football title.
He recalled wanting to have the same experience as his brother, Santana, who was a freshman on that Class A championship team.
“I remember him winning that and I was a little jealous,” Miller said. “I just want to go down there and do it again.”
