Children in Need have beaten last year's grand total from the live appeal night after a jam-packed show and millions of pounds worth of donations.
The BBC Children In Need appeal show has opened with a sketch showing the presenters, Paddy McGuinness, Big Zuu, Mel Giedroyc, Rochelle Humes, Vernon Kay and Lenny Rush, arriving to MediaCityUK in Salford .
As the night continued, viewers saw sketches of EastEnders , Gladiators and the Apprentice as they racked up the money ready to donate to important causes.
McFly singer Tom Fletcher was also joined on stage for the first time ever by 11-year-old son, Buzz.
They took to the stage and sung a special song, taken from the upcoming animation, Pudsey and the Thread of Hope.
