LEXINGTON — Jaland Lowe 's status going forward is uncertain.
Lowe, a junior who was expected to be Kentucky basketball 's starting point guard for this season, reportedly reinjured his shoulder during a recent practice, according to Field of 68's Rob Dauster .
Per Dauster's report, Lowe was scheduled to meet with doctors Friday "to re-assess his shoulder injury and determine whether surgery is necessary."
Lowe originally injured his shoulder during the Blue-White game on Oct. 17.
He then sat out both preseason exhibitions (versus Purdue and Georgetown) and UK's opener versus Nicholls . Lowe made his season debut in a win over Valparaiso last week, recording six points and five assists (tying for the game high) in 18 minutes off the bench. He came off the bench again in Tu
