TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A teen has been arrested in connection with the death of a Tucson woman.

18-year-old Alexis Eduardo Ibarra-Guerrero turned himself in on Thursday in relation to the death of 75-year-old Sally Alcaraz Rodriguez.

She was found dead in a neighborhood near Irvington Road and 12th Avenue on Nov. 3.

Ibarra-Guerrero made his initial court appearance Thursday night and is facing one count of failure to remain at the scene of a fatal collision.

,13 News spoke with Rodriguez’s family about this update, and while they have gotten some answers, they still have many questions and are grieving the loss of their loved one.

“I haven’t even been able to mourn correctly. Because this is just a nightmare. Complete nightmare,” said Sally’s daughter, Mary Rodriguez Romero.
