Finals hostilities between Brisbane and Canberra have spilled out into November with Raiders CEO Don Furner claiming the NRL “orchestrates” the season draw to give the Broncos an advantage.

Brisbane have once again been listed as the away team for their Magic Round game at Suncorp Stadium, despite it being their home turf.

To complete the farce, the New Zealand Warriors — who, needless to say, have to fly internationally just to get to Magic Round — will play as the official home team in that game against the Broncos.

And when you add in Brisbane’s derbies against the Dolphins, it means the Broncos play 14 games in their own backyard next year.
